I’m Luc — a personal trainer, nutritionist, and gym manager who’s turned a lifelong struggle into a lifelong mission. If you know my story, you know I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum: from weighing 300 pounds at 12 years old… to battling extreme underweight at 79 pounds by 20. I’ve lived the frustration, the doubt, and the fight it takes to rebuild yourself — inside and out. Fitness saved my life. Now, it’s my purpose to help it change yours.

With years of professional training experience and a background in nutrition, I’ve built my coaching around more than just workouts and meal plans — it’s about mindset, education, and sustainable habits. My approach is real, raw, and built on empathy. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I know how to help you break through.
